高管经验、权力与跨企业战略学习 ——基于知识转移视角的分析

摘要: 高管的经验与知识是企业不可替代的重要资源,本文基于知识转移视角检验高管跨企业流动对企业战略学习的影响,以及流入高管的权力在其中的调节作用,发现高管的跨企业流动有利于企业间的战略学习,流入高管的权力对高管经验与现任企业战略学习之间的关系具有显著的调节作用。

Abstract: Executives′ experience and knowledge are the core resources for enterprises. Based on the perspective of knowledge transfer,the paper tests the effects of executive′s flow across enterprises on strategy learning between enterprises,as well as the moderating effect of the migrated executive′s power. The results of the research show that executive′s flow across enterprises is beneficial to strategy learning between enterprises, and the migrated executive′s power significantly moderates the relationship between managerial experience and strategy learning of the current enterprise.
