技术要素匹配能优化新能源利用吗:理论推演与实证研究

Can the Technology Factor Matching Optimize the Utilization of New Energy? Theoretical Deduction and Empirical Study

摘要: 探索新能源替代传统化石能源,以技术要素匹配引领新能源利用配置优化已成为社会经济发展趋势。本文建立能源替代博弈模型进行理论推演,并基于中国省级2008-2016年面板数据实证检验技术要素匹配与新能源利用的内在机理。结果发现:在能源市场,总存有要素匹配鞍点,优化新能源的利用;而技术要素匹配是知识资本和R&D投入增长的动力,提高新能源产量,降低新能源价格,正向调节新能源利用;新能源利用具有空间相依性,从技术要素匹配来看,技术转让和技术引进会促进新能源利用,产业集聚则与其呈显著负效应,研发人员投入并不能优化新能源的利用;在外商投资相对发达的区域,新能源的利用会加快,但区域间的技术引进则会阻碍本地新能源的利用。为优化新能源的利用,应把握各要素投入调整比例,合理配置匹配技术要素。

Abstract: Exploring new energy substitution for the traditional petrochemical energy and optimizing the allocation of new energy utilization by the matching of technology factors has become the trend of social and economic development. This paper established the energy substitution game model to carry out the theoretical deduction, with the empirical study based on the provincial panel data from 2008 to 2016 for testing the relationship between technology factor matching and the new energy utilization. The results show, in the energy market, the total elements match the saddle point to optimize the utilization of new energy; technology factor matching is the driving force to intellectual capital and R&D investment growth, raising new energy production, reducing new energy prices, and positively adjusting new energy efficiency; the efficiency of new energy use has spatial dependency, from the point of view of technology factor matching, technology transfer and technology import will promote the utilization of new energy, while industrial agglomeration has a significant negative effect, R&D personnel input does not have a significant impact on it; in the relatively developed areas of foreign investment, the utilization of new energy will be accelerated, but the introduction of technology between regions will impede the use of new local energy. In order to optimize the utilization of new energy, we should grasp the proportion of the input adjustment of each factor and rationally configure the matching technical elements.
