网络嵌入性与企业绩效关系文献综述 ——基于元分析的方法

A Literature Review of the Relationship between Network Embeddedness and Enterprise Performance——Based on Meta-Analysis

摘要： 当前创新理论研究中，对网络嵌入性与绩效关系的机理未达成一致意见，缺乏一个系统、客观的总结与评价。本文运用元分析方法对52篇有关网络嵌入性与绩效关系研究文献的10365个独立样本进行分析，结果表明：从整体效应上看，网络嵌入性与企业绩效之间存在正相关性，且不同类型的网络嵌入性对绩效的影响有所差异；网络嵌入性测量维度数目、文献类型、研究层次和样本来源对网络嵌入性与绩效的关系有着显著的调节作用。本文采用元分析方法提炼的上述结论，一定程度上克服了传统文献综述方法缺乏量化支撑的缺陷与主观性，因而应更具有综合性、普适性。

Abstract: There is no consensus about the mechanism of the relationship between network embeddedness and performance and no a systematic and objective summary and evaluation in the current research on innovation theory. Meta-Analysis is used in this paper to analyze 10365 independent samples quoted from 52 empirical studies about relationship between network embeddedness and performance. Research results indicate that network embeddedness has positive effect on performance on the whole effect, and effects coming from different types of network embeddedness are different; number of network embededness dimensions, types of literatures, research levels and sample sources have significant moderation effects on relationship between network embeddedness and performance. The above conclusions refined by means of meta- analysis overcomes the shortcomings of lacking quantitative support and subjectivity of traditional literature review method to some extent, therefore, it should be more comprehensive and universal.
