Abstract: Jointly building “The Belt and Road Initiative” takes five major goals, namely “Policy Coordination, Facilities Connectivity, Unimpeded Trade, Financial Integration and People-to-people Bond”, as cooperation focus, and countries along the “The Belt and Road Initiative” are the important target markets of China′s retail trading “going global”. China′s retail trading should be promoted to adapt to “The Belt and Road Initiative” strategy, aiming at driving the “going global” strategy, substantiating and enriching the content of “The Belt and Road Initiative” cooperation. As such, in the external direction, we should actively lead, guide and strengthen policy communication, strategic docking and business dialogue within the bilateral and multilateral framework; in the internal direction, we should take China′s retail trading “going global” into the framework of “The Belt and Road Initiative” construction, and strengthen the coordination and service in planning, legal and policy levels to build a support system of China′s retail trading “going global” adapting to “The Belt and Road Initiative”.
