正视文化差异 发展文化认同 ——跨国公司经营中的跨文化管理研究

摘要: 在经济全球化浪潮的推动下,跨国公司经营中的跨文化管理成为企业国际化发展的大课题。结合Hofstede的文化维度理论,本文从国家、企业、个体层面分析中西方文化的差异,提出跨文化成功管理的六个阶段:正视“文化差异”、避免“文化冲突”、培养“文化敏感性”、促进“文化融合”、推动“文化创新”、发展“文化认同”;结合案例分析,提出发展文化认同的三个策略:利用文化互补的母国化策略、缩短文化距离的属国化策略、融合多元文化的全球化策略。

Abstract: Under the trend of economic globalization,cross-cultural management of transnational corporation in global operation has become one of the most important subjects of enterprise internationalization development. This article analyzes the cultural differences between China and western countries in three levels: country, enterprise and individual through studying Geert Hofstede′s cultural dimensions theory and puts forward six stages of successful management: facing “cultural differences”, avoiding “cultural conflicts”, cultivating “cultural sensitivity”, promoting “cultural integration”, promoting “cultural innovation” and developing “cultural identity”; combined with case analysis,the paper puts forward three effective paths to develop cultural identity, which are the path of keeping home country′s culture, the path of respecting and adapting to host country′s culture, and the globalization path of integrating multi-national culture.
