摘要： 精益生产是应对如今小批量、多品种市场需求最佳的生产方式，而精益化水平则是衡量精益生产在企业中应用程度和实施效果的重要标准。本文从精益理念、精益管理、精益组织与人员、精益技术、动态适应能力、持续改善等方面构建企业精益化水平的评价指标体系，结合运用网络层次分析法（ANP）、模糊理论（Fuzzy）以及逼近理想解排序法（TOPSIS）对企业精益化水平做出评价，并通过实例验证评价指标体系的合理性以及评价方法的可行性。

Abstract: Lean production is the best way to deal with small batch and multi market demand, while lean level is an important standard to measure the application level and effect of lean production in enterprises. This paper constructs the evaluation index system of enterprise lean level from six aspects: lean concept, lean management, lean organization and personnel, lean technology, dynamic adaptability and continuous improvement, and employs ANP, Fuzzy and TOPSIS to evaluate the level lean of enterprise. In the end, the rationality of the evaluation index system and the feasibility of the evaluation method are verified by an example.
