    HU Bei-ming, LEI Rong
    2014, 56(3): 10-15.  DOI: 1001-148X(2014)03-0010-06
    Abstract ( 0 )
The tragedy of the commons phenomenon that appears in the development of heritage resorts is determined by its nature of public goods. Some scholars believe that clear property rights and privatization of public resources are the fundamental ways to solve this problem, which are the theoretical basis for the transfer of operating rights of heritage resources. This paper analyzes the competitive relationship between the government and investors about the price of transfer operation right and supervision and protection about heritage resources from the view of Game Theory and points out that establishing normal transfer system on heritage resource operation rights and strengthening the supervision of heritage resorts in development are the important measures.

Accounting of CO2 Emissions Embodied in Import and Export Trade of Guangdong Province based on the Input-Output Model
    TANG De-cai, WANG Lin-jia, ZHONG Feng-xia
    2014, 56(3): 22-29.  DOI: 1001-148X(2014)03-0022-08
    Abstract ( 0 )
This paper studies the change of the CO2 emissions embodied in the international trade of Guangdong Province during the period of 1997-2011 with the method of input-output analysis, respectively accounting the overall CO2 emissions embodied in import and export of varied departments in Guangdong Province. According to the results, the total CO2 emissions embodied in export of Guangdong Province was more than that of import, with the balance of 20m tons in 1997 while 36m tons in 2011, which shows that Guangdong Province was in the state of net export of embodied CO2. In addition, embodied CO2 emissions were mainly concentrated in the industry of machinery and equipment manufacturing, textile and garment, service, paper printing, stationery and sporting goods manufacturing and so on. Thus this paper argues that Guangdong Province should be dedicated to optimizing the industrial structure, reducing the export of high-carbon products, expanding the import of “high polluting, high energy-consuming and resource products”, promoting the research and development of energy conservation and emissions reduction technology, and improving energy efficiency, etc.

    2014, 56(3): 47-54.  DOI: 1001-148X(2014)03-0047-08
    Abstract ( 0 )
At present, whether audit services and non-audit services having knowledge spillovers and affecting audit quality has been concerned. Single-equation model confirms an association between audit and non-audit fees, which shows that such evidence is consistent with knowledge spillovers between the two services. Despite we don′t find direct evidence that non-audit services affect audit quality, but there is evidence that early abnormal accruals have an important impact on non-audit fees, to a certain extent, this confirms people′s concerns about what non-audit services affect auditor independence. 

    2014, 56(3): 55-61.  DOI: 1001-148X(2014)03-0055-07
    Abstract ( 0 )
As the information medium, while the media disseminates market information, it also plays a role as the distribution mechanism of attention resource. We investigate influence of media coverage on investors′ trading behavior using the fluctuation of stock trading volume as the breakpoint, finding that stock trading volume, amount and turnover rate of listed companies in small and medium-sized enterprise board have significant positive correlation with media coverage intensity. Moreover, with the intensity increasing of media coverage, individual investors buy in more but the institutional investors do the opposite. These results verify the hypothesis of bounded rationality in behavior finance and research strategic interaction between these two types of investors. 

    Abstract ( 0 )
“Replacing the business tax with a value-added tax” is the largest scale structural tax reductions measure in China, whose fundamental purpose is to improve the tax system structure to reduce the tax burden of corporate. If we incorporate construction industry into the VAT “expanding scope”, it will have an impact on the industry because of its complexity and diversity. The paper studies the tax changes and the influence of tax changes before and after “replacing the business tax with a value-added tax” through modeling and statistical analysis. The research shows in the current tax environment, architecture industry levying tax in accordance with the 11% tax rate will lead to the increase of tax of business, so that the decline of GDP and the employment in construction industry; in the engineering settlement cost, 30% cost input tax deductible under the conditions of the construction industry, 8.1%“replacing the business tax with a value-added tax” tax rate is appropriate. 

    Abstract ( 0 )
Based on the supply chain model in horizontal M&A of differentiated products, not only the horizontal M&A integration modes under different decision-making mechanisms are analyzed, but also every entity′s changes and the influence of the degree of product differentiation on them are discussed. The results show that:the original two retailers retained during supply chain integration is beneficial to the M&A party when the two supply chains involved in M&A make decentralized decision-making, and the M&A effect will become stronger with the difference in degree of reduction. No matter whether the external retailers retain, supply chain integration is beneficial to the M&A party when the one supply chain involved in M&A makes decentralized decision-making but another one makes centralized decision-making; however, the M&A effect will become stronger with the difference in degree of reduction when external retailers retain and the M&A effect will become weaker with the difference in degree of reduction when internal retailers sell both of the two products. The M&A party is able to obtain profit when the two supply chains involved in M&A make centralized decision-making, and the M&A effect will become stronger with the difference in degree of reduction. Moreover, the M&A party will obtain more profit when vertical integration completed before horizontal M&A.
