我国五星级酒店省际分布差异及影响因素的空间计量

摘要: 我国五星级酒店数量1990年之后持续增长,在31个省份之间的分布存在差异,在空间分布方面存在明显的相关性和邻近效应,城镇居民消费水平、外商投资企业数量对五星级酒店数量都有正向影响。北京、上海、广东、江苏、浙江等省市的五星级酒店数量已趋于饱和,整体上存在供大于求的问题,不宜再盲目增加五星级酒店数量,而应关注五星级酒店发展的质量,注意五星级酒店平均出租率与酒店数量的平衡及在省内各城市间的分布平衡。绝大多数西部省份和少量东北、中部省份形成了五星级酒店缺乏区,难以形成规模效应,应引起当地政府和国家有关部门的关注并予以扶植;五星级酒店的发展要与当地经济建设、商务活动、旅游业发展一并统筹考虑、相互促进,这些地区应把五星级酒店当作经济建设的配套设施和城市形象组成部分来发展。

Abstract: After 1990, five star hotels in China continue to grow, but there are regional differences among 31 provincial regions. There are obvious correlation and proximity effects in five star hotels′ spatial distribution. The consumption level of urban residents and the number of foreign-invested enterprises both have a positive impact on the number of five-star hotels. The number of five-star hotels in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangdong, Jiangsu, Zhejiang has become saturated, and there is a problem that supply exceeds demand on the whole market. It is not appropriate to blindly increase the number of five-star hotels, but should pay more attention to the quality of the development of five-star hotels, the balance between occupancy and number of five-star hotels, and the distribution balance among different cities. The vast majority of western provinces and a small number of northeast and central provinces have formed a five-star hotel shortage area, which is difficult to form a scale effect,so we should be paid attention to and supported by the local government and relevant departments;the development of five-star hotels should be considered and promoted with the local economic construction, business activities and tourism development. In these areas, five-star hotels should be developed as supporting facilities for economic construction and an integral part of the city′s image.
